Our LEGO® Education programs provide complete solutions that stimulate creativity, problem solving and teamwork skills with LEGO® Education resources such as LEGO® Education WeDo, Simple Machine and NXT Mindstorm. Our programs support the needs of science and technology curriculum, making planning simple.  Progression is the key to ensuring that students are optimally challenged to develop their skills and knowledge.

Students will:

  • Engage in creative, critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with experienced LEGO® instructors
  • Develop relevant, 21st century skills and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) literacy
  • Be inspired through real-world experiences
We offer the following after-school programs for students in grades K through 7:

NeoBricks (K-G2)

Kids explore ways in which people and things move: for example, how animal and human bodies bend and jump, and how machines lift or spin. They learn about simple machines in the home and local community, and design and build their own solutions using Early Simple Machines sets. For older and more experienced children, the program provides opportunities to develop creative designs and engineering solutions using LEGO® Education WeDo® Activity sets.

CreateROBO (G2-7)

Introducing the world of robotics – children learn to create simple computer programs that control the behaviour of robots using LEGO® MINDSTORMS® software and Technic sets. Designed for children of eight years old and upwards, the programs teach programming and building skills step-by-step through playful topics. For older and more experienced children, the programs provide opportunities to develop creative designs and engineering solutions.  This program allows kids to develop and implement their incredible imaginations and teaches kids how to achieve their goals, from conception of an idea to completion of the final product, in a supportive team environment.
